We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed. The hotel facilities were great, including the breakfast options and the connected shopping mall. The staff were professional, helpful, and had a great attitude. The location was convenient, being in the financial district and connected to a large mall. It made shopping easier and the subway station was right in front of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very near to the train station and connected to a mall with a food court. This makes it very easy to find a variety of food options at different price points. the hotel is connected to IFC mall, which is also connected to Yeouido metro station. This makes it easy to explore the city and access public transportation.
The wifi is only available at a paid rate in the rooms, even in executive rooms and suites. This can be disappointing for guests who expect complimentary wifi access during their stay.

The afternoon tea served there was a good treat. The hotel's location, although not ideal for sightseeing, offered a unique blend of nature and Korean culture in the nearby Yeouido Park. The large, luxurious room provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of business. Despite a few minor issues like slow Wi-Fi in the lounge and a lacking mini bar, the overall experience was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

The service was impeccable and the staff went out of their way to fulfill our every need. the exclusive amenities really added a luxurious touch to our stay. the Spa & wellness centre was extremely relaxing - a perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring the city.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the in-room breakfast. While the food was delicious, it arrived a bit later than the designated time.

The view was amazing, with a clear sight of the river and Seoul tower. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Rachael Chang who provided valuable recommendations. Clean and well-equipped rooms with high-tech amenities. Delicious and diverse breakfast buffet.
